Knowledge/Skills

 * Experience with CAD software.

 * Experience in a manufacturing environment.

 * Comfortable using hand tools.

 * The work environment is an office setting with moderate office noise.

## Description

* With oversight and direction, work on simple assemblies or on tasks in support of larger engineering projects.

 * With oversight and direction, help to resolve issues using root cause corrective action methodologies.

 * Perform assigned research and development tasks on new products.

 * Under supervision, test and validate data, systems, or products.

 * In support of developing quality expectations, create documentation and perform follow-up audits.

 * With oversight and direction, establish production procedures, work instructions, QA matrices, and bills of materials.

 * Meet all company work schedule and attendance expectations and perform within the physical and environmental demands of the job.

 * Create new documents such as reports and test plans using previously created documents as templates.

 * Operate in a support role to develop production capabilities to bring new products generated in R&D to the market.

 * Perform in a support role on product development or process improvement (Lean/Kaizen) initiatives.

 * Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture,

 * Regular, predictable attendance is required.

 * Other duties may be assigned.
