## Description

Insight Global is currently seeking a L2 Support Analyst for a large pharmaceutical client. This person will be joining a large team responsible for implementation and support of clinical trial technologies. This person will be responsible primarily for analysis and review of support trends across technology implementations with the goal of identifying root cause for large scale resolution and process improvement. This person should have experience with technologies such as Python/SQL and BI tools to do this. This person will also be responsible for support/triage of tickets along with the larger team.
