Preferred Requirements: * Experience with Records Management software. * Experience designing software for business licensing or tax applications. * Experience working within government technology (GovTech) products. * Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design. * Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Pendo, or Google Analytics. ## Description Our client is seeking a UI/UX Designer to support the continued expansion of its SaaS product suite. You will own UX improvements for either the Records or Licensing & Tax product, partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineers to identify user pain points, redesign workflows, and deliver intuitive, user-centered experiences. The ideal candidate is a product-focused designer who leverages user research, analytics, and customer feedback to solve real business problems-not someone who simply creates visually appealing interfaces.
