* Leadandoversee 24x7 IT Operations activitiesacrossacomplex,multi-platformenterpriseenvironment,ensuringtheavailability,stability,andperformanceofcriticaltechnologysystems.
 * Manage,monitor,support,andmaintainenterpriseinfrastructure,productionservices,batchoperations,applicationsupport,andoperationalprocessestomeetestablishedservicelevels.
 * DirectanddevelopITOperationsstaffbyprovidingleadership,coaching,performancemanagement,scheduling,andday-to-dayoperationalguidancetoachievedepartmentalandorganizationalgoals.
 * Drive incident, problem, change, and service management processestominimizeoperationalrisk,reducedowntime,andimproveservicereliability.
 * Planandmanageshiftoperationstodelivereffectiveandefficienttechnologyservicesthatsupportbusinessobjectivesandcustomerexpectations.
