We are unable to consider C2C or H1B. This role blends hands-on technical support and some systems work (primarily macOS and SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Jamf, Okta, Zoom) with the finesse required to support C-suite leaders and sensitive environments. While experience with Lab Information Systems SW experience (Specifically Orchard / Clinisys software and associated Lab Equipment) would be an immediate "knock-in" for us, it is not required. What is required is a polished, service-minded IT Support Engineer to support our Hoffman Estates team. You'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience across devices, AV systems, collaboration tools, and SaaS platforms. From onboarding new team members to running executive all-hands meetings without a hitch, you'll be the local face of IT-proactive, calm under pressure, and committed to operational excellence.
