 + · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
 + · Ability to analyze complex IT and operational challenges and implement effective solutions

## Description

+ Selecting and coordinating IT service providers, including identifying, vetting and contracting IT vendors and service providers and managing relationships with external IT partners;
 + Researching and planning for future IT needs, including assessing current IT systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and prioritizing projects and allowcating resources appropriately;
 + Developing, monitoring and managing budgets for IT projects and intiatiives;
 + Supporting internal and external IT users;
 + Maintaining the organization's key databases to ensure accuracy of data, including creating reports;
 + Completing coding needs and testing programming changes;
 + Communicating changes or adjustments to vendors and communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding IT projects and IT needs;
 + Other duties as assigned.
