This is a senior leadership level position requiring a strong background in Network, Voice, Video and Unified Communications technologies. This leader is in charge of maintenance and operations of providing Networking services for critical applications, voice, video, Unified Communications and Contact Center environments consisting of 20 corporate locations, 2 major data centers servicing approximately 5,000 employees and more than 48,000 customers in 150+ countries across multiple industries. RESPONSIBILITIES: + Thought leadership in the areas of enterprise-class data center networks, emerging technologies (NFV, Containerization, Orchestration, NaaS, LAN overlays, SDx), and network automation and driving efficiencies into the support and stewardship processes + Manage the build-out; evolution; and operational support of enterprise network, voice & telecom solutions. Responsible for all operations and growth related to communications & transport mechanisms via LAN, WAN & Wireless, Network, Voice, Video, Unified Computing and Contact Center technologies systems + Partner with other business teams to deliver projects and to ensure operational efficiency and reliability for network, voice, & telecom services + Implement technology lifecycle strategy (current, emerging, sunset) and procurement strategies + Develop and manage operational service metrics with actionable plans to improve operational efficiency, enhance service quality/SLA, & optimize delivery times (value streams optimization) + Collect, track, and analyze performance data for the purposes of improving operations, forecasting staffing needs and effectively utilizing all available resources.
