## Description

We are looking for an organized IT Operations Coordinator to support new store openings, remodels, relocations, and technology upgrades. In this role, you will coordinate POS (Point-of-Sale) equipment, work with vendors, track projects, and ensure installations are completed on time. This position combines administrative support, project coordination, and basic technical troubleshooting.
** Responsibilities**

 + Coordinate the ordering, shipping, and delivery of POS equipment.
 + Schedule and monitor vendors for equipment installations and returns.
 + Track project progress and ensure any follow-up work is completed.
 + Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues and escalate when needed.
 + Verify equipment is working before store openings.
 + Create purchase orders and process invoices.
 + Set up new stores in company systems.
 + Maintain inventory records and reconcile equipment returns.
 + Prepare reports and update project documentation.
 + Respond to emails and communicate with vendors and internal teams.
 + Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems.
