Requirements:

 + Significant prior exposure to one or more speech synthesis techniques such as:
o concatenative synthesis
o rule-based formant-synthesizers
o statistical-parametric speech synthesis based on HMM's
o articulatory synthesis

 + Excellent C/C++ coding skills
 + Strong fundamentals in software engineering, algorithm design, analyzing complex systems
 + Self-starter with ability to track and monitor your own work load
 + Proven ability to deliver complex solutions from end to end
 + BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
NICE TO HAVES:

 + Prior exposure to any of the following fields:
o audio DSP
o prosodic modeling
o morphological analysis
o text-to-phoneme conversion
o pronunciation modeling
o computational linguistics
o machine learning
o text processing

 + Prior experience working in a fast paced start-up environment
 + Proficiency with one or more scripting languages
