## About the Role

Someone with 10+ years in the industry who has worked on commercial, industrial, residential, or mixed-use
projects. Has led teams and managed multiple projects simultaneously. understands field installation, has a
passion for creating designs from a blank canvas and cares for the drawings visual quality just as much as for
the technical details. Has 5+ years of Revit experience, including family and parameter setup, is proficient with
Revit plug-ins (including Evolve), has a strong record of delegation, and is ready to apply years of experience to
exciting, challenging projects.

is why we do what we do., * Delegate and lead the implementation of technical designs, drawings, and specifications to the Lead Drafters
& Modelers.

 * Assign tasks and supervise the Lead Drafters while ensuring adherence to drafting protocols.
 * Review and approve designs created by the team.
 * Maintain project schedules and task completion deadlines.
 * Coordinate across engineering disciplines when applicable.
 * Solve design and quality issues.
 * Attend client meetings to gather requirements and present design concepts.
 * Track document revisions and incorporate client feedback into final deliverables.
 * Work closely with Project Managers to align design with project timelines and budgets.
 * Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and quality standards.
 * Track and report drafters' progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
