Lead the Backbone of IT Infrastructure
Are you an experienced network professional ready to take ownership of enterprise-level systems and lead complex technical initiatives? Do you thrive in a role where your decisions directly impact network performance, security, and scalability?
CompuOne Corporation is a full-service managed IT services provider headquartered in San Diego seeking a Network Administrator to join our team. This is your opportunity to play a vital role in designing, managing, and securing advanced network environments across multiple client sites.
What You'll Do:
Lead the design, implementation, and support of scalable network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless, etc.)
Assisting in the analysis and support of IT problems, ensuring efficient resolution.
Monitor and optimize network performance, availability, and security using industry best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, escalating and coordinating with vendors as needed
Configure and maintain VLANs, STP, LACP, QoS, and security protocols
Administer and maintain systems including Cisco, VMWare, Azure, SQL Server, SharePoint, Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Office 365.
Manage virtualization platforms including VMware, Hyper-V, and Azure
Oversee system audits, documentation, and disaster recovery planning
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend improvements
Travel to client sites locally as needed (mileage reimbursement provided)
