This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing network systems while working closely with Tier 1 support teams and cross-functional technical staff. The ideal candidate will handle escalated network issues, contribute to infrastructure projects, and support our VMware environment and disaster recovery (DR) operations, including co-location facilities and data backups.
