Experteer Overview In this role you will help Life Sciences clients enhance patient engagement and streamline service operations using Salesforce Patient Services. You will contribute to strategy, process design, and technology-enabled delivery across patient journeys, working with cross-functional teams to translate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You'll participate in design, requirements gathering, and alignment with operating models and program constraints, contributing to transformational patient services initiatives. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with opportunities to shape health-tech implementations and drive impact.
