Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the transition portion of outsourcing engagements to safeguard profitability and client satisfaction. You will work within a delivery-focused, cross-functional environment to plan, allocate resources, track progress, and continuously improve transition programs. You will craft transition solutions and present them to clients across each phase of the sales cycle, aligning with the company's outsourcing capabilities and client goals. This role offers the chance to shape large-scale delivery programs in partnership with senior stakeholders and global delivery teams.
