## About the Role

+ Three (3) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field

 + Three (3) years of experience developing large-scale web applications using Java, microservices, multi-threaded programming with an understanding of web design patterns

 + Experience NoSQL databases (Couchbase, MongoDB), messaging architectures (Kafka, Redis, etc.), and front-end UI frameworks such as React, HTML, and CSS

 + Knowledge of Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), Docker, and using Git as version control with a team

 + Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency and quality

 + This is a hybrid role and would require to be near one of our three US office locations (McLean, Dallas, or Memphis)

 + Travel up to 10%

It would be useful if you have:

 + Bachelor's Degree, or associate's degree plus 5+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience

 + Five (5) + years of work experience in Technology or a related field

 + Content Management System professional certifications

 + Experience building RESTful APIs and understanding of REST principles
