This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for administrator workflows that are intuitive, efficient, and integrated with the other elements of the SmartTeach platform experience. You will be responsible for defining and driving the product strategy, roadmap, and requirements. You will work closely with engineering, design and QA to use AI-enabled development practices across the team to accelerate delivery and ensure quality, while also defining and delivering AI-powered product capabilities that simplify and automate center management workflows. Success in this role will involve building a high-performing team that uses AI-native development practices to deliver complex roadmap initiatives quickly without compromising quality. You will launch features that reduce operational effort for administrators and drive measurable gains in adoption, engagement, and retention, and revenue impact.
