## About the Role

At NuAxis Innovations, Technology is our Passion. People are our Purpose. We are seeking a motivated **Help Desk Support Technician** to support a distributed IT environment, delivering exceptional customer experience (CX) to end users., + 1-3 years of IT Help Desk / Desktop Support experience

 + CompTIA A+ (or equivalent)

 + Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

 + Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools

Preferred

 + ITIL Foundation

 + Experience with MDM tools (Intune, MaaS360, JAMF)

## Description

+ Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person

 + Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

 + Support Windows 10/11 and macOS environments

 + Manage tickets using tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or equivalent

 + Perform Active Directory tasks (user creation, password resets, group management)

 + Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

 + Assist with device imaging (PXE), deployments, and upgrades

 + Provide support for VPN, remote desktop, and connectivity issues

 + Maintain asset inventory and assist with hardware lifecycle management

 + Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 teams
