## About the Role

## Description

* Zusammen mit deinem Team bist du für den Entwicklungsprozess individueller und komplexer Softwareprodukte von der Konzeption bis zur Integration zuständig
 * Je nach Erfahrung und Interesse übernimmst du (zunehmend) technische Verantwortung, führst Teammitglieder, gestaltest ihre Weiterentwicklung und pflegst die Kundenbeziehung unterstützend in technischen Entscheidungen
 * Aus einem Tech Stack aus modernsten Technologien identifizierst du passende Tools, Methoden und Technologien und setzt so alles daran, das optimale Nutzererlebnis zu schaffen
 * Als Senior / Lead Developer (m/w/d) codest du nicht nur selbst, sondern nutzt deine Erfahrung sowie deinen Blick für das "Big Picture", um die hohe Qualität unseres Codes in anspruchsvollen Projekten sicherzustellen und diese in eine zukunftssichere Richtung zu lenken
