## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, FH oder Universität)
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung (mind. 3 Jahre) mit Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Microsoft RDS und Microsoft Windows Server

## Description

Als Senior Data Center Engineer gestaltest und betreibst du unsere hochverfügbare Citrix-Infrastruktur. Gleichzeitig sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Anwender:innen jederzeit sicher, zuverlässig und performant arbeiten können.

Zu deinen zentralen Aufgaben zählen:

 * Betrieb, Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft RDS, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops-Umgebung
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen und hochverfügbaren Betriebs geschäftskritischer IT-Services
 * Analyse und Behebung komplexer Störungen im 3rd-Level-Support
 * Planung und Umsetzung von Rollouts sowie aktive Mitarbeit an zukunftsweisenden Infrastruktur- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
 * Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Optimierung moderner Infrastruktur- und Virtualisierungslösungen
 * Dokumentation technischer Änderungen sowie aktiver Wissensaustausch im Team
