* Ondersteunen van key-users en eindgebruikers binnen SAP (S/4HANA).
 * Analyseren van incidenten en identificeren van verbeterkansen.
 * Uitwerken en implementeren van SAP-optimalisaties.
 * Coördineren van projecten van analyse tot oplevering.
 * Afstemmen met business, IT en externe partners.
 * Verzorgen van opleidingen en onderhouden van documentatie.
 * Inzetten van AI-tools voor analyses, debugging en efficiënte oplossingen.
