Skills: * Strong planning and organization * Cross-functional coordination * Good understanding of engineering to manufacturing flow * Problem solving and risk management * Budget and cost awareness * Clear communication and stakeholder alignment IT & Tools * MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * PLM / engineering data tools (e.g. BOM management) * Project planning tools * Basic knowledge of ERP / supply chain systems ## Description The Prototype & Launch Leader (PLL) leads and coordinates all pre-serial build activities within the project lifecycle. The PLL is accountable for the overall planning, coordination, build and delivery of all pre-serial means required to enable vehicle, propulsion system, and transmission development.
