* 5+ years of SAP FICO functional support experience.
 * Strong configuration and troubleshooting expertise in SAP FI and CO.
 * Good understanding of financial and accounting processes.
 * Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating support teams.
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
 * Experience working in a service-oriented and SLA-driven environment.
 * Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple activities effectively.
 * Fluent in Dutch and English., * Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
 * SAP FI/CO certification.
 * Knowledge of SAP integrations with MM, SD, and other modules.
 * Experience working within ITIL-based support organizations.

## Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP FICO Support Team Lead to oversee the support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SAP Finance & Controlling solutions. Combining strong functional expertise with leadership capabilities, you will act as the key point of contact for Finance stakeholders while leading a team of SAP support professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery and business continuity., * Provide expert 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP FI/CO incidents, problems, and service requests.

 * Configure and maintain SAP FI and CO modules, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.
 * Support core finance processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, and COPA.
 * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SAP support consultants and analysts.
 * Coordinate team workload, priorities, and escalations while ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
 * Act as the primary escalation point for complex SAP FICO issues.
 * Partner with Finance and IT stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
 * Participate in SAP upgrades, rollouts, enhancements, and S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
 * Collaborate with technical teams, SAP Basis, developers, and external partners.
 * Maintain documentation, support procedures, and knowledge-sharing practices.
