Works well with all associates. Follows scheduled tasks and communicates with the leader on progress through project completion. Demonstrates good communication skills with all associates. * Automotive background, with preference towards high volume assembly operations. Experience with Japanese transplants will be highly beneficial. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects on a simultaneous basis * Strong troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and time management skills will be essential in this position. Ability to interface at multiple levels and operate within cross-functional teams is critical. * Experience with Lean Manufacturing methods is desirable. * All lower level skills as required plus: Ability to give clear presentations of technical data at the department level. Ability to lead a small team of associates to complete a small team oriented project and create a presentation that summarizes the team's activities. Develop the skill to improve communication across cultural boundaries.
