## Description

Experteer Overview As a Staff Software Engineer on the Platform Observability team, you shape how telemetry data is collected, processed, and acted upon across a highly distributed platform. You lead strategies for logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting, and you drive reliability and performance improvements in the observability stack. You mentor engineers, collaborate with SRE and development teams, and tackle bottlenecks to reduce MTTR and alert fatigue. This role offers impact at scale, aligning observability with Adyen's mission to deliver reliable financial services globally.
