This role involves supporting end users, deploying hardware, upgrading operating systems, and maintaining IT assets while working both at a desk and on the shop floor., * Deploy new computers and replace outdated systems * Upgrade operating systems from Windows 10 to Windows 11 * Perform computer imaging and configuration * Decommission and dispose of outdated IT assets * Provide Tier 2 deskside technical support to end users * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues * Update and maintain asset records in Asset Center * Follow knowledge base (KB) articles and established procedures for issue resolution * Maintain documentation, records, and email communications * Identify operational or process issues and escalate when necessary * Maintain equipment, supplies, and operational data supporting IT processes, * Are you a US Citizen or GCH?
