## About the Role

Diplômé(e) d'une formation en informatique, une expérience de deux ans minimum est appréciée. Vous possédez une solide culture systèmes (MS Windows) et de bonnes connaissances en réseaux vous permettant d'être autonome pour des opérations de maintenance et de mise en service.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens du service et du contact client/utilisateur.

## Description

Votre mission consiste à dépanner, développer et maintenir en condition opérationnelle le parc informatique d'un établissement scolaire.
A ce titre, vous déployez les postes de travail, imprimantes et périphériques. Vous remplacez le matériel, mettez à jour les images, réalisez les réglages VP et administrez les comptes AD.
Egalement, vous réalisez des actes de maintenance ou d'évolution sur l'infrastructure et le réseau sous procédures.
Vous utilisez les outils GLPI et FOG Project.
