## About the Role

* Background in Informatics, Manufacturing Engineering, Production/Logistics, or equivalent.
 * Proven experience (10+ years) in Aerospace or related complex industrial environments.
 * Strong SAFe/Agile expertise with SPC certification and proven project/change management skills.
 * Solid grasp of E2E operational processes and ERP/SAP ecosystem (MM, PP, SD modules).
 * Advanced level in English and German required, with willingness to travel (approx. 20%)., This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

## Description

* Facilitate PI Planning readiness, execution, and system demos at the release train level.
 * Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and leaders in Lean-Agile practices and ARP deployment methodology.
 * Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments while aligning execution with Product Managers and Owners.
 * Define and track value metrics while facilitating train-level synchronization meetings and relentless improvement.
 * Ensure deployment golden rules, strategy, and new methodologies are consistently applied across sites.

This position requires the ability to travel (approximately 20%).
