## About the Role

* University degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or a related technical degree.
 * Minimum of 12 months of work experience, preferably within the building and construction industry.
 * Good command of industry-standard software programs, specifically Presto, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office tools.
 * Fluency in Catalan and Spanish to handle local documentation and maintain clear communication with site workers, clients, and local authorities.
 * Valid Class B driving license to travel between the central office in Porreres and various job sites.

* Providing active technical support to the management and planning teams within the company.
 * Preparing detailed project budgets, cost calculations, and comprehensive financial proposals.
 * Managing and overseeing on-site execution, conducting regular inspections to ensure work meets technical specifications.

 * Drafting and monitoring health and safety plans to maintain strict workplace safety standards on active sites.
