## About the Role

Do you have experience in Presentation software?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, consulting, market research, or a related field with increasing levels of responsibility

 * Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
 * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize large, complex datasets into clear and actionable business stories
 * Experience working with competitive intelligence, market share reporting, pricing analysis, and/or beauty industry research tools such as Nielsen, Circana/NPD, or IRI
 * Advanced proficiency in Excel, including modeling, forecasting, and advanced calculations
 * Experience with SQL or other data querying languages for data mining and analysis
 * Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills with the ability to communicate effectively to VP-level audiences and above
 * Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms
 * Proven ability to manage ambiguity, balance multiple priorities, and operate with a high level of autonomy and initiative
 * Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions
 * Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement
 * Experience managing vendors, contractors, or direct reports is preferred
 * Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field preferred, The annual base salary range for this position is $124,000.00 - $151,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.

## Description

* Lead competitive intelligence initiatives by analyzing market share, pricing trends, promotional activity, and broader beauty industry performance to provide actionable business insights
 * Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, including Marketing, Loyalty, Promotions, and Opcom stakeholders, influencing key business decisions through data-backed recommendations
 * Translate complex analytics into compelling narratives and executive-ready presentations that clearly communicate risks, opportunities, and business drivers
 * Monitor the competitive beauty landscape and identify emerging trends, white space opportunities, and shifts in consumer behavior
 * Manage and develop vendors, onsite contractors, and analytics partners, including prioritization of projects, workload management, mentorship, and professional development
 * Partner cross-functionally across Analytics, Merchandising, Omnichannel, Marketing, and Loyalty teams to develop a holistic understanding of business performance
 * Leverage third-party market measurement tools and competitive research platforms to evaluate Sephora's performance relative to the total beauty market
 * Drive innovation within analytics reporting and communications by identifying opportunities for automation, AI-enabled workflows, dashboard enhancements, and improved visual storytelling
 * Build scalable reporting frameworks and insights presentations that improve organizational understanding of market dynamics and competitive positioning
 * Independently manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
