Experteer Overview As Field Engineering Manager for the Nordics, you lead a diverse pre-sales Solutions Architect and Engineer team to shape data-driven, value-focused solutions for enterprise customers. You partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to accelerate digital transformation, drive growth, and uphold an inclusive, high-performing culture. You act as a strategic advisor, aligning technology with business outcomes and strengthening customer engagement. This role centers on leadership, collaboration, and delivering impactful solutions.
