(S)he supports the work of the Strategy and Results management pillar by providing operational support for the implementation of Technical Cooperation (TC) activities under the InvestEU Social Investment and Skills Window (SISW). The role contributes to the effective delivery of TC assignments through support for procurement, consultant engagement, contract administration, implementation tracking, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders. The role supports the day-to-day administration of an expanding portfolio of InvestEU-funded TC activities by coordinating procurement and contracting processes, maintaining implementation schedules and workflow tracking systems, monitoring assignment progress, and facilitating communication between project teams, consultants, donor, and relevant Bank departments. The position helps ensure the timely, compliant, and efficient execution of TC operations throughout the project lifecycle. The Analyst maintains TC portfolio management tools and operational reporting systems, supports the preparation of TC-related monitoring and donor reporting inputs, coordinates assignment documentation and contracting workflows, and assists with communications and visibility activities related to the InvestEU SISW. The role is essential in strengthening operational delivery, enhancing coordination across multiple TC assignments, and ensuring effective and timely implementation of the G&EI portfolio under the InvestEU SISW. Background G&EI consists of a team of around 45 gender and inclusion experts based across Headquarter and ROs. It leads on the design and delivery of the Bank's Gender Equality and Human Capital Strategy across all areas and geographies of the Bank's operations and policy engagements.
