## About the Role

This is a hands-on, technical role for an experienced Citrix professional who enjoys complex troubleshooting, taking ownership of technical issues and delivering robust solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment., * Proven experience in a Third Line/Senior Citrix Support role.

 * Strong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
 * Experience supporting Citrix Cloud.
 * Strong knowledge of NetScaler ADC.
 * Experience with Citrix Workspace Environment Management (WEM).
 * Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy and FSLogix.
 * Virtualisation experience, including VMware, Hyper-V and/or XenServer.
 * Experience with Ivanti.
 * Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise support environments.
 * Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

## Description

* Provide expert third-line support for complex Citrix-related incidents and problems.
 * Act as a technical point of escalation for Citrix infrastructure issues.
 * Support and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud and NetScaler ADC.
 * Lead complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis and problem resolution.
 * Manage and optimise Citrix policies, profiles and the end-user experience.
 * Support patching, upgrades, migrations and ongoing improvements.
 * Work closely with engineering and architecture teams on Citrix infrastructure initiatives.
 * Support proactive defect management and technical assurance activities.
 * Work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders while maintaining a strong customer service focus.
