* Proven experience in an IT support role involving extensive customer support, both remotely and in-person.
 * Comprehensive understanding of Windows Environment and extensive experience with MS Office Suite.
 * A+ Certification.
 * Ability to travel and pass a driving record review.
 * Excellent customer service skills.
 * Strong technical expertise, curiosity, creativity, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
 * Experience with ServiceNow or related ticketing management systems.

## Description

* Provide critical IT support to business users, ensuring smooth operational activities.
 * Configure and upgrade desktop hardware and software installations.
 * Monitor systems and manage PC deployments.
 * Resolve ServiceDesk requests and incidents using the ServiceNow ticketing management system.
 * Diagnose and fix hardware and software problems.
 * Collaborate with third-party maintenance engineers when necessary.
 * Potentially report for emergency duties outside of normal office hours.
 * Support other offices through business trips when required.
