## About the Role

* Knowledge of MS systems such as Office, 365, Active Directory and Windows (10/11)
 * Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
 * Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
 * Strong communication skills, written and verbal

Desirable

 * IT Support - Software/Windows installation and troubleshooting
 * Network Management - cabling, firewalls, VLANS and routing and wireless
 * Server Management - VMWare, Windows and virtualisation
 * Programming - ideally C#, .NET and ASP WebForms/WinForms
 * Database - SQL server, data interrogation and reporting
 * Job Management - ticketing systems

## Description

You will be responsible for supporting the smooth and effective operation of the company's IT systems. The role will predominantly focus on providing day-to-day IT support, ensuring that internal systems are maintained and that colleagues across the business can use them with ease., * Performing IT admin tasks on clients, servers and infrastructure

 * Commission new users, including their computers and getting them set up
 * Troubleshooting issues with end users and infrastructure components
 * Participate in the research and development of new systems
 * Generate documentation for existing and new systems across the company
 * Provide support for end users across the business
 * Assess issues and proactively suggest and implement corrections
 * Recommend purchases available to enhance the IT department and business
 * Develop and implement solutions, using C# and .NET
 * Produce reports from SQL
