Desirable Experience Experience in any of the following would be advantageous: * Salesforce CRM implementation programmes. * Charity or not-for-profit organisations. * Membership organisations. * Volunteer-led organisations. * Large-scale customer or user-facing digital transformation. * Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery environments. * MSP, APM, PPQ or equivalent Programme Management qualifications. ## Description Reporting into the senior Digital and Transformation leadership team, you'll take ownership of a complex programme comprising multiple interdependent workstreams spanning technology, business change and user adoption. Working alongside senior leaders, Product Managers, Transformation Leads, suppliers and volunteer representatives, you'll ensure the successful delivery of the programme while balancing technical implementation with organisational change. The programme has a strong user-centred focus, with volunteers playing a key role throughout the design and implementation process.
