* Strong Oracle HCM Payroll/Oracle Fusion experience
 * Oracle payroll processing and payroll runbooks
 * Payroll and Elements configuration
 * Retrospective payroll calculations/processes
 * Payroll tables and associated development
 * Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integration development
 * SQL and PL/SQL
 * Fast Formula development and debugging
 * Oracle HCM integrations
 * OTBI/BI reporting
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Experience within a corporate services or shared services environment

Experience with Fast Formula, Elements, HCM Extract, HDL, HSDL/AD, OTBI/BI, SQL/PLSQL and OIC is highly desirable.

Public Sector experience desirable.

## Description

We are seeking a technical Payroll Software Developer with demonstrable Oracle HCM Payroll/Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.

The role sits within a core payroll service, supporting high-priority business change including pay awards and wider payroll enhancements. This is a technical development role, not a reporting/dashboard-only position.
