Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/Dynamics CRM would be highly desirable, particularly across areas such as: * Customer Insights (Marketing) * Customer Service Experience with Creatio CRM would also be advantageous, although it is not essential. We're particularly interested in candidates who have worked on CRM transformation programmes and understand the challenges involved in delivering technology solutions within a client environment. QualificationsRelevant project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or PMP would be beneficial, but practical project delivery experience is more important than certification alone., Whether your background is primarily in Dynamics 365 CE, Creatio or another leading CRM platform, if you have a strong track record of delivering complex client-facing projects, we'd like to hear from you. Location Bath, UK ## Description This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong background delivering CRM and business transformation projects to take ownership of projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
