Essential Experience * Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture or AI Architecture experience. * Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agent frameworks. * Experience designing AI solutions using RAG, prompt engineering and knowledge-grounded architectures. * Expertise in Microsoft AI technologies, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI and/or Power Platform. * Experience delivering solutions through formal architecture governance processes. * Strong understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise integration, security and identity management. * Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Desirable Experience * Financial services or other highly regulated sectors. * Azure OpenAI and enterprise GenAI platforms. * Semantic search, vector databases and knowledge architecture. * Microsoft Graph, SharePoint and collaboration platform integrations. * Knowledge of AI governance, GDPR, EU AI Act and operational resilience frameworks. ## Description Working across business and technology teams, you will take ownership of AI solutions from initial use case discovery through to production deployment. You'll be responsible for translating business requirements into secure, scalable and governed AI architectures while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, security requirements and regulatory expectations.
