 * Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows Server experience.
 * Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
 * Microsoft Intune, Active Directory and Entra ID experience.
 * Experience with Power Automate / Power Platform.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * A proactive approach to automation and continuous improvement.

## Description

* Provide infrastructure support and act as the escalation point for complex technical issues.
 * Automation Development: Identify inefficiencies and build automation solutions using tools like PowerShell, Python, and Bash to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
 * Develop automation using PowerShell, Power Automate, Python and other technologies.
 * Automate repetitive deployment, monitoring, reporting and administrative tasks.
 * Support and maintain Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure, Intune, Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
 * Troubleshoot complex infrastructure incidents and identify root causes.
 * Manage infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, patching and technical improvements.
 * Support infrastructure projects and technical implementations.
