## About the Role

We're looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure / Technical Support professional with strong Microsoft technologies and a broad technical skillset.

 * M365, Azure, Entra ID
 * Networking - firewalls and cloud
 * Familiarity with cyber principles and frameworks
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem solving across IT Support

## Description

This is a hands-on role which will involve assisting and covering infrastructure, cloud, networking and end-user technology. It will appeal to a person who is wanting to expand their skillset and get involved in projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll be Doing

 * Provide technical support across a broad range of infrastructure, systems, applications and end-user technologies.
 * Manage and maintain the organisation's cloud, server, network and endpoint environments, ensuring systems remain reliable and secure.
 * Troubleshoot complex technical issues, taking ownership through to resolution and working with internal teams or external suppliers where required.
 * Contribute to IT projects, system improvements and technology upgrades, from initial planning through to implementation and ongoing support.
 * Support the organisation's wider security, compliance, monitoring and maintenance requirements.
