* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes IT-bezogenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

 * Entscheidungs- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit
 * Bereitschaft zur Durchführung von Dienstreisen (ca. 1-3 Tage pro Quartal)
 * Teilnahme an Rufbereitschaften mit Sondervergütung
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* 2nd / 3rd Level Support von Kundenanwendungen
 * Incident Management und Troubleshooting für den Anwendungsbetrieb
 * Spezialist*in für Middleware-Produkte, vorrangig Applikationsserver
 * Planung, Aufbau und Betrieb komplexer Serverlösungen in den Bereichen Windows und UNIX, nebst Virtualisierung unter ESX, welche teilweise in abgesicherten Schutzumgebung betrieben werden
 * Analyse auftretender Probleme
 * Behebung oder gezielte Zuordnung von Problemen an den Betrieb (Netz, Server, Clients, Anwendung)
 * Dokumentationserstellung von Softwareapplikationen im Zusammenhang mit Migrationstätigkeiten als Beitrag zu Gesamtkonzepten
