## Description

* Unterstützung bei der Analyse, Dokumentation und Optimierung von IT-Prozessen
 * Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Process-Governance-Strukturen und Richtlinien
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Prozessdokumentationen, Prozesslandkarten und Guidelines
 * Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung von Audits, Kontrollen und Document Reviews
 * Unterstützung bei Reporting, KPI-Tracking und Prozessmonitoring
 * Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen IT- und Business-Stakeholdern zur Verbesserung der Prozessqualität
