## About the Role

* ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mitbringst,
 * mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienwirtschaft und/oder Baubranche vorweisen kannst,
 * idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Beratung gesammelt hast,
 * fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens einer der SAP-Komponenten MM, PM und/oder PS besitzt,
 * offen für neue Technologien und innovative Lösungsansätze bist und diese aktiv in Kundenprojekten einbringst,
 * verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse mitbringst, um unsere deutschsprachigen Kundinnen und Kunden kompetent zu beraten,
 * Teamarbeit schätzt, dein Wissen gerne teilst und Wert auf eine vertrauensvolle sowie wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit legst.

* der Beratung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden bei der SAP-Einführung in den Bereichen Instandhaltung, Bauplanung und Baucontrolling,
 * Analyse-, Entwicklungs- und Implementierungsaufgaben in SAP-Projekten,
 * der Qualitätssicherung unserer SAP- und PROMOS.GT-Lösungen für das technische Immobilienmanagement,
 * der Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops, Betreuung der Key-User,
 * perspektivisch: der Übernahme von Aufgaben in der (Teil-)Projektleitung
