 * Change-, Incident- und Problem-Management nach ITIL
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von HL7-/DICOM-Schnittstellen
 * Fehleranalyse im Zusammenspiel mit angebundenen Systemen
 * Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit mit Dedalus
 * Mitarbeit an Digitalisierungsprojekten, Migrationen und Rollouts
