 * Unterstützung des Anwenders im Umgang mit mobilen Endgeräten (IOS & Android)
 * Unterstützung bei Netzwerkproblemen durch Remote Team
 * Erbringen von IMAC Tätigkeiten (Installation, Move, add, Change)
 * Konfiguration und Installation von PCs, Notebooks und Druckern
 * Dokumentation der Aufträge in einem Ticketsystem
