## About the Role

Have a proven understanding of WDAC (Windows Device Application Control) implementation with the exception process.
Act as a key DevSecOps partner to migration workstreams, driving automation initiatives that enable efficient and scalable device migration provide post-migration support, KT and optimization of endpoint management processes. Hands-on expertise in Azure technologies for automation (Automation, Functions, Logic Apps).
Advanced PowerShell scripting skills (modular, reusable, error-handled scripts).
Good understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity-driven automation.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Intune and endpoint management concepts.
Working knowledge of ServiceNow (SNOW) workflows and integrations.
Understanding the CI/CD pipeline with Azure DevOps.
Strong automation-first mindset.
Strong stakeholder communication.
Ability to drive and own deliverables.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Effective collaboration and communication.
Focus on scalability, reliability, and security.

Support device migration initiatives through automation-driven solutions.
Design and implement for migration workflows and endpoint configuration.
Develop and maintain advanced PowerShell scripts for automation and orchestration.
Leverage Azure technologies (Automation Accounts, Runbooks, Logic Apps, Functions) to build scalable solutions.
Integrate automation workflows with Entra ID and Intune processes.
Collaborate with endpoint and security teams to align automation with migration goals.
Integrate with ServiceNow (SNOW) for workflow-based automation and request handling.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation pipelines and processes.
Should have an understanding about the Intune remote help.
Should understand Password-less sign-in implementation.
