* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

## Description

* Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Administration der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur
 * Administration und Pflege von Systemen sowie Durchführung von Updates und regelmäßigen Wartungsarbeiten
 * Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten, insbesondere Rollouts, Migrationen und Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
 * Einrichtung und Betreuung von Arbeitsplätzen, mobilen Endgeräten und Benutzerzugängen
 * Analyse und Optimierung bestehender IT-Prozesse sowie deren strukturierte Dokumentation
 * Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter im First- und Second-Level-Support inklusive Fehleranalyse und nachhaltiger Problemlösung
 * Einarbeitung und Schulung neuer Teammitglieder in IT-Prozesse und Anwendungen
