## Description

* Teamführung und Weiterentwicklung
Du leitest ein Team von vier bis sechs hochmotivierten Frontend Developern und förderst deren individuelle sowie kollektive Entwicklung, Du bleibst bei neuen Tech-Trends auf dem Laufenden und gibst Dein Wissen an Deine Kolleg:innen weiter.

 * Enterprise IT-Lösungen
Du und Dein Team, Ihr arbeitet gemeinsam an modernen Webapplikationen für unsere langjährigen Kunden. Dabei übernimmst Du verschiedene Rollen je nach Bedarf - sei es als Entwickler:in, Coach, Motivator:in oder Sparringspartner:in und vor allem als technische:r Leiter:in (Techlead).

 * Technische Expertise
Du trägst die technische Hauptverantwortung für die Architektur und die technische Ausrichtung Deines Teams und des Produkts (JavaScript, TypeScript, React, GraphQL, mit .NET im Backend).

 * Kundenorientierung
Du analysierst Kundenanforderungen, entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Lösungen im Team und setzt diese in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden um.
