 - Erfahrung mit Automatisierungstools (z.B. Ansible, Puppet, SCCM, Intune)
 - Kenntnisse in Virtualisierung (z.B. Hyper-V, VMware) und Cloud-Lösungen (z.B. Azure, AWS)
 - Erfahrung mit Monitoring-Tools (z.B. Nagios, CheckMK)
 - Kenntnisse in Netzwerklösungen (z.B. Loadbalancer, Firewalls)
 - Erfahrung mit Containerlösungen (z.B. Kubernetes, Docker) Darüber hinaus bringen Sie mit: - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

 - Analyse und Behebung komplexer technischer Probleme im 3rd Level Support
 - Unterstützung bei der Implementierung neuer Technologien und Prozesse
 - Dokumentation und Weiterentwicklung interner IT-Prozesse
