Experteer Overview In this role you translate unclear requirements into AI-powered internal software that fits our processes. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand real problems and deliver end-to-end solutions, replacing off-the-shelf software with tailored tools. You work primarily with Python (backend) and React (frontend), deploy via GitHub Actions on AWS using Terraform, and apply AI tooling like Codex. You own projects from discovery to adoption, shaping impactful improvements and scalable software.
